A link to the 2022 Contract Priorities Survey was last emailed to PSC members on Wednesday, May 11.
It was sent from the PSC Principal Officers via the [email protected] email address. It’s on Survey Monkey. The subject line was “Take the PSC Contract Priorities Survey.” Check your Junk/Spam folder if you don’t see it.
If you do not receive the survey email, cannot open the survey link or have other technical problems, contact Anais Surkin, Associate Executive Director of the PSC, at [email protected].
You can shape the priorities we pursue in negotiating the next contract by taking fewer than 15 minutes to fill out the survey.
The current PSC-CUNY contract expires on February 28, 2023. Its terms and conditions will remain in effect until we reach an agreement with CUNY on a successor agreement, but we are preparing well in advance to understand our members’ needs and build the collective power required to win a strong contract.
Please complete the survey as soon as possible! Help us to formulate a set of demands that all PSC members will be proud to fight for. Share your priorities and let us know what you’re willing and able to do to win a strong contract settlement in this round of bargaining. And help spread the word and engage your colleagues by working with our Campus Action Teams to talk to each other about the survey, what we can fight for, and what we can do to win.
We have a long history of winning strong, creative advances in our contracts. But we are only as powerful at the table as we are organized elsewhere. PSC members showed a remarkable will to organize during the recent state budget campaign—and we won the largest increase in public funding for CUNY in decades.
Now it’s time to organize for a contract supporting quality education, health and safety, racial and economic justice, and more. Completing the 2022 Contract Priorities Survey is the first step. (As an additional incentive for your participation, we’ll enter all respondents in a drawing for one of five $100 gift cards AND the first 1,000 respondents into a drawing for an additional $100 gift card.)
Your survey responses will be anonymous. But you will have the opportunity to share your contact information at the end for organizing purposes.
In solidarity,
