To streamline the process for creating flyers for our chapter meetings we've set up a template for chapters to use. Just fill in the information requested in the fields of this form, and we'll plug it into the template, and get it printed and delivered to your colleagues.

Put "NA" if there is no speaker. List all speakers in alphabetical order if there are multiple guests.
If necessary,write a very short phrase identifying what the speaker will address at your meeting.
List only the 2 or 3 most important items. Don't list "chair's report" or "introduction" or other items of regular business.
